A year a ago I was working remotely for a company which offers software and web solutions for other company or people. Back then we're only a company composed of 5 employees. I was designated to a project and worked with another remote software engineer. I assumed that the developer already knows the tools we are using very well. The issue along the development process is that I kept on reviewing and revamping his codes because of the lenghtiness, repitiveness and it's ugly structure. It's a bummer that this type of issues still exist in an agile development process.I saw this issue that employers or HR should have a standard in screeening employees before hiring them. More like a set of question (5 - 10) that will tell them that this person is the right one.
I envision a job listings like Dribbble which requires a Dribbble account to make sure the designers being hired are topnotch.
Post your tech jobs here with a job screening if you need the only best employees for your company.
