Sending emails on behalf of a customer without using noreplydomain

I know mailchimp among others are able to send emails on behalf of their customers with their own from address allowing the recipient to reply directly and any bounce notifications will go to the senders address.

I am currently routing my emails through amazon with a noreply@domain address but this sometimes will cause the email to end up in junk/spam and any recipient replies/bounces go to the noreply mail box.

I have full authorization from my clients to send emails on their behalf so this is not being done for spam.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a email provider who can do this?
