How the app works:
1. After installing, you open to a splash screen where you have 2 choices -- you can enter workouts, or you can enter exercises
2. When adding a new exercise or workout you have a form to fill out. I tried to leave it pretty open ended, with only a few pieces of data. For exercise it's Name / Notes / Tags / Weight Units / Program (ie Supersets) / Sets / Set Format (Fixed or Series) / Reps / Weight Used
3. To build a workout it's another brief set of data points (Name / Tags / Highlight Workout) and then you select exercises from dropdown menus.
4. You will start to have a list of exercises and workouts that you can scroll through. Highlighted workouts stay at the top of the list. You can also search by name or tags.
5. You can view workout info, you can tap down through an exercise to edit it and update Set / Rep / Weight data. A history of the last 10 updates is saved.
