I thought I would share the exam I just set some of my students. They are writing it in front of me as I type this. The course is a second/third-year course of a dozen 3.5 hour lectures. It's called "Law for IT Professionals" and is technically within a forensics program but we get a variety of students. It's basically a survey of laws relevant to IT and the internet, with a focus on content regulations. I manage the course content myself and so have to create a new exam every year anyway. I just thought the hackernews crowd might be interested in a less-intense version of what is essentially a law school-style exam.https://www.dropbox.com/s/fn8h6xdu0ccjit7/FSCT8530_2016_exam_OnlineVersion.pdf
