Would you consider it to be good quality app?

Over last 2-3 years i have created a lot of apps on android play store (about 20) they all were poor / low quality.

I recently decided to build a nice app (puzzle game) with decent graphics and game play but still i don't see any traction on play store.

Would you guys consider it to be a good quality app ? Any comments to make this better ?

I just don't know where i am going wrong with this app or its just impossible for an indie developer to get their apps noticed on play store ?
