Are there any founders out there who have a mortgage?

I've read a lot of advice. I've read Paul Graham's Essay on Startup ideas (http://paulgraham.com/startupideas.html). I have the background process running and I am learning new things all the time. My goal is to one day create my own company and I will get there one day, but let me be real, I'm not at that point yet.

That said, I'm considering buying a home. I do not want to miss out on this opportunity to buy property at such low interest rates, its really an opportunity of a lifetime (unless rates stay near zero ad infinitum, in this case its just an expensive time to buy).

Before I make such a move I'm wondering are there any founders out there who have mortgages? Is it possible? How do you manage and what advice would you offer this community?
