Ask HN: Where can I find similar CS papers?

I've been going through ArXiv a lot lately, and I realized a really nifty feature would be to provide a selection of 'you might also be interested in..." papers. In academia you usually follow the train of references to find other similar papers, but I'd be interested in something that also shows more ...recent... papers, as papers can often be outdated by the time they are published.

If there's no such service you can think of, would anyone find such a site/service useful? As in, "You upvoted 'Aligning Books and Movies: Towards Story-like Visual Explanations by Watching Movies and Reading Books'[1], you might also be interested in 'What's Cookin'? Interpreting Cooking Videos using Text, Speech and Vision'[2] " kind of thing?
